Closing... Less than 24 hours.....

Well, as you can see from the pictures the yard has been leveled off and is looking good. I didn't snap a picture of the front since they were still working that area. I'll get one later I'm sure. Closing is happening tomorrow at 1pm and it looks like we're ready to go. There are a couple small things yet that haven't been fixed yet (closet door, and garage door), but we should be able to close without them being fixed since they are fairly minor. If anyone out there is bored feel free to go slap a giant bow on the house while I'm signing my life away. It is my birthday weekend you know! Not a bad present this year. I'm guessing next year won't be as exciting. Well, that isn't true. I'll legally be able to rent a car, and get cheaper car insurance. Whoo hoo!
