Wing Conduit Holes

Here is one of the ribs, needing a spot for the wiring conduit.



I've made another fancy jig. All it has a pilot hole so I can drill all the ribs exactly the same way.


Here is the drilled hole. Can you find it?


The hole is then enlarged using a unibit


And the conduit fits... well perfect of course. :-) This will get pulled through all the ribs later on. This was just a trial fit.
