More Wing Leveling

Before anymore work is done to the wings, they have to be level and straight in the stand. This is done with a level, fish line (as seen before) and plum bobs.

Here is the inboard side of the wing, and I've added a bracket for the rear spar and attached the plumb bob.

On the outboard side, I had to cut a small piece of angle aluminum so it could be drilled and bolted to the rib. Then another piece of angle is used to attach it to the stand.

After that, its a matter of measuring the distance between the rear spar and the string. Both the inboard and outboard plumb bobs have to have the same distance, otherwise the wing will be twisted. The process of getting the distance the same, while keeping things level is very tedious. But, one wing is all set to go. On to the other one...
