Closing now closed.

It’s been a while since I wrote about my house. During the closing of my house there was a mistake, or maybe an oversight. Depends on who you ask. Basically when the estimated the taxes were calculated the installment of the specials was not on the account for the property for the year. So, long story short, I didn’t get enough money back at closing for my taxes, since the builder was to pay the taxes for the first 10 months of the year. We didn’t catch this until about December. (keeping in mind I closed in Oct). I gave my realtor, Robb Johnson, a call, and since then he’s been working hard on getting this resolved. Today it was resolved!

I’m a big word of mouth (good or bad) type of guy, and I’ve been really impressed with my realtor’s dedication during my closing, and hell, even months after it! I wouldn’t even think twice to have him represent me in the future. If you are looking to do any real-estate deals, and want Robb’s contact info, just let me know! You won’t be disappointed.
