Leading Edge
Now the bottom skins are cleco'd into place ready to be match drilled. There are three inspection openings which are now visible.

Next up is the leading edge, which you have to remove the blue protective plastic from the inside before you start. Most of the time you can leave the plastic on to protect the aluminum from scratches. Well, getting this stuff off is a pain, so I outsourced it.

Then you have to install the ribs which is also a pain, so I outsourced that too. I like this concept of outsourcing.

Here is is the leading edge in the "jig" with all the cleco's in. Guess who made that jig? (it wasn't me)
