More Tank Z Brackets
Each Z bracket is installed in the spar using just the center bolt. It is tightened down, squared, and drilled from underneath using the spar as a guide. After the 2nd hole is drilled you just drop a bolt in there to keep things from shifting and drill the last hole.

All the Z brackets are drilled to the Spar

Then they get removed from the spar, and two smaller holes get drilled around each of the three larger holes for the platenuts to be attached. This red platenut and bolt is my drilling template. They are red so I don't accidentally install them on the plane. The platenuts are not rounded normally, so they act like a lock nut, but for my template use, I ran a tap through it to make installing a bolt a lot easier.

Deburred and ready for the platenuts to be riveted on.
