Right Tank
I took the same approach for the right tank. I applied sealant to the 5 interior ribs, and put cleco's in every hole. I then waited a few days. This make the job a lot less messy since the sealant is only tacky and doesn't stick to everything. The other trick I found during the first tank was that holding the bucking bar tight against the rivet. This seemed to help from having rivets tip over. Which would need to be drilled out and redone. I was able to finished all 10 rows of rivets between Saturday & Sunday.
